The Florida Statewide Youth for Christ Conference began in 1963, under the directorship of Bro. Leroy Adams. The purpose of the Florida Statewide Youth for Christ Conference is to promote and foster fellowship, education, edification and recreation amongst Christian children from various congregations of the Churches of Christ in the state of Florida.
We are pleased to announce that the 46th Florida Statewide Youth for Christ Conference (FSY4CC) will be held in Boca Raton, Florida.
The theme is: “A Divine Explanation for Your Earthly Situation”. The date is June 16-19, 2011. The Bible Bowl competition will be taken from the Parables of Jesus. Spelling Bee words will come from “the Gospels of the New Testament” (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John).
Activities and events include, but are not limited to:
- Seminars for youth and adults
- Motivational Speakers
- Bible Based Competitions
- SONshine Saturday**
**Early Bird Registration is only $35 until May 15, 2011. Your registration fee includes daily breakfast and the SONshine Saturday recreational activity. Please remember there are no refunds for registration. Regular Registration is $65 per person. You may call (954) 458-0444 for more information.
The 2011 Conference will take place at the Embassy Suites Boca Raton (661 N. W. 53rd Street, Boca Raton, Florida 33487). Suites are $95.00 per night; you should call 561-994-8200 to make your room reservations. Please state the conference name to receive the special rate.
